Order Processing & Handling
Our team handles all orders within 1 to 3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or official public holidays. During holiday seasons and major promotional events, order processing may take a few extra days due to high order volumes.
Shipping Timeframe
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Standard shipping typically takes 10–20 business days. Please understand that delivery times are estimated. Minor delays may happen due to customs clearance procedures, local logistics updates, bad weather or unexpected public events.
Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, package size and weight. Customers can enjoy free standard shipping. This free shipping offer does not apply to expedited shipping services or remote area delivery surcharges.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. Tracking details usually activate within 48 hours after shipment. If the tracking information does not update in time, please wait patiently or contact our support team.
Customs & Import Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. We will strictly follow international shipping rules to declare all items truthfully.
Delivery Scope
Currently, we do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote areas with limited logistics coverage. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders that cannot be delivered normally for shipping restriction reasons.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Please check your package carefully after receiving it. If your items are damaged, missing or incorrect, please message us with clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery. For confirmed lost packages during transit, we provide two solutions: free replacement shipment or full refund.
Order Modification & Cancellation
You are allowed to change your shipping address or cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Once the package is in transit, no changes or cancellations can be made. Any extra fees caused by customer’s voluntary refusal of delivery will be borne by the buyer.
